Instructions

  1. Upload your summary/bookmark XLSX file.
  2. Verify the auto-selected columns, especially the **"Aberration Type Column"**.
  3. Adjust filters and QC toggles as needed.
  4. Click 'Analyze Data'.
  5. (Optional) Upload the detailed text file for probe-level verification.
